GOOD DAY

 Since I am no longer a British Citizen, I've had to obtain a permit to enter the U.K.

Such permits are obtained via a smart 'phone.  My friend Bill came to my home today to help me obtain the permit.

It was a tedious and difficult process.  Bill and I succeeded as we worked together.

I had a thank you gift for Bill  (just one bottle!) He got the humour!

I have a fairly new Epson Printer/Scanner/Copier etc


It's been a source of frustration. I could not get it to work.

In a time of patience I dug deep to rectify the issue. 'Twas simple.

via the Control Panel I found that my default printer was not Epson but one which bit the dust some time ago.

I changed the settings. 

VOILA!  now my Epson works like a charm!  

Oh what I was able to accomplish on a not busy day.

Not the best of days HELP! A mistake and a fall.

  I arrived in time for my 8:50 appointment with my Dermatologist.   The Receptionist told me that I did not have an appointment.  She checked the records and told me that my appointment is for Tuesday. I knew that.  Then the light dawned.  Up until that moment I had thought that it was Tuesday, not Monday. You'd think that calendars had not been invented! It got worse. I took Cooper for an early pee walk this afternoon.  He lifted his leg to cue. Then he took a strong and mad dash towards a Squirrel.  I fell down.  And great was my fall. Lots of scrapes.  No bones broken. Pictures not in order. Excuse duplicates. No sympathy please - I was foolish. Fortunately, I had an arm bandage to sop up the blood. It looks worse than it is.
