My Dermatological Surgeon described me as an over achiever!

 I was well prepared for the Blue Light Treatment which was slated for this morning.

That was until my Dermatological Surgeon the wonderful Dr. Megan Bogard took one look at my face.

"Oh" she said "you are an over achiever".  

I'd been more than a good little boy in the application of the noxious Fluorouracil Ointment


So much so that Dr. Bogard thinks that all the Squamous/Basil carcinomas had been done to death by the Fluorouracil Ointment; and  that Blue Light Therapy was not needed.   Whoop de doo!

And yet my face is still itchy, and seeping grunge.

Dr. Bogart thinks that there so some infection present.

So she has prescribed an oral; and a topical antibiotic.

I began their use today.   I'll see good Dr. Bogart next Wednesday for a follow up.

Not the best of days HELP! A mistake and a fall.

  I arrived in time for my 8:50 appointment with my Dermatologist.   The Receptionist told me that I did not have an appointment.  She checked the records and told me that my appointment is for Tuesday. I knew that.  Then the light dawned.  Up until that moment I had thought that it was Tuesday, not Monday. You'd think that calendars had not been invented! It got worse. I took Cooper for an early pee walk this afternoon.  He lifted his leg to cue. Then he took a strong and mad dash towards a Squirrel.  I fell down.  And great was my fall. Lots of scrapes.  No bones broken. Pictures not in order. Excuse duplicates. No sympathy please - I was foolish. Fortunately, I had an arm bandage to sop up the blood. It looks worse than it is.
