Superior Rice Pudding

 Cook the long grain white rice in a saucepan until the rice is softened.

Drain any surplus water.

Then add Coconut and Almond Creamer, and perhaps some Whipping Cream.    I mix in some ground Nutmeg; others may prefer ground Cinnamon.

Pretty Darned Good!
