It Got Better

 My experiment with making Cabbage and Bacon Soup was deemed (by others) to be successful even with its substitution of Collard Greens for Cabbage.

I set to work again yesterday this time with Cabbage.  The soup mighty properly be called "Cabbage and Potato".

After cooking and blending the ingredients I chose not to add crispy bacon as a kind of garnish.     Instead I added some cream.

OH MY   "Cream of Cabbage and Potato Soup!"
