I cooked Lamb to share with my hosts for Thanksgiving.
A first for me. I made the dressing with breadcrumbs, olive oil, rosemary and honey.
The meat was moist and cooked "medium". No more overcooked lamb for this expatriate Brit.
My friend Donna was the host. Her daughter Ashley did the heavy lifting. The Turkey she cooked was perfect. Indeed I ate some wonderfully moist turkey breast, with Oyster dressing
