My Fava Souper Effort

 


Cream of Vegetable Soup with


Fava Beans (cooked and puréed)

Mirepoix (courtesy Trader Joe's)

Pomi Brand finely chopped tomatoes

Cooked in Vegetable broth;  with a pinch of salt and of pepper, and a shaking of turmeric.

Heavy Cream added when cooled.

Eat hot or cold
