This (Brhh) and That (Damn)

 Brhh.  It's cold by S.W. Florida standards.  42f would feel good at this time of year in New England.    Here we are in bundle up and shiver mode.


Time for Hot Chocolate from Vermont.  (No whipped cream in the house).

I have to use eye drops four times a day in prep for my cataract measurement appointment with the Eye Surgeon on Friday 20th.

I must have banged my left eye this morning.  What a bloody mess!  It's sore but not painful. There is no additional impairment to my already compromised vision.  I think that it will clear up before Friday.


P.S.  I am a fan of my unruly eyebrows and will not allow my Barber to tidy them!  And this photo' shows the remnants of my former bright red (almost Belisha Beacon Orange ) locks.

Not the best of days HELP! A mistake and a fall.

  I arrived in time for my 8:50 appointment with my Dermatologist.   The Receptionist told me that I did not have an appointment.  She checked the records and told me that my appointment is for Tuesday. I knew that.  Then the light dawned.  Up until that moment I had thought that it was Tuesday, not Monday. You'd think that calendars had not been invented! It got worse. I took Cooper for an early pee walk this afternoon.  He lifted his leg to cue. Then he took a strong and mad dash towards a Squirrel.  I fell down.  And great was my fall. Lots of scrapes.  No bones broken. Pictures not in order. Excuse duplicates. No sympathy please - I was foolish. Fortunately, I had an arm bandage to sop up the blood. It looks worse than it is. BUT  1.  I was foolish in two ways. First, I had taken Cooper on a short leash.  I'd have had more control with the double handled long leash. 2. When he made his mad dash, I should have dropped ...
