 From today's Guardian Newspaper.  The opening line of a  story about a business leader:

"Dressed in a T-shirt and casual sweater with a tan and slicked back hair".

Did the T-shirt have a tan and slicked back hair?

Maybe it was the casual sweater.

Or perhaps both?

Is there a shortage of commas in the supply chain?
