A Needle and Good Food

                                                         YESTERDAY



An injection of Cortisone to alleviate the severe pain caused by Sacroiliitis.  In and out of the clinic in 45 minutes. 

The Doctor asserts that these injections may have to be more frequent than I would wish, given some of the side effects of Cortisone.  

I'll have a checkup in two weeks at which I will raise the possibility of Physical Therapy as a preventative.

            Please, no suggestions unless you are an Orthopedist.


                                                        DINNER TODAY  

Fine Italian made Rigatoni with Chili  (and a bit of cheese)

Not the best of days HELP! A mistake and a fall.

  I arrived in time for my 8:50 appointment with my Dermatologist.   The Receptionist told me that I did not have an appointment.  She checked the records and told me that my appointment is for Tuesday. I knew that.  Then the light dawned.  Up until that moment I had thought that it was Tuesday, not Monday. You'd think that calendars had not been invented! It got worse. I took Cooper for an early pee walk this afternoon.  He lifted his leg to cue. Then he took a strong and mad dash towards a Squirrel.  I fell down.  And great was my fall. Lots of scrapes.  No bones broken. Pictures not in order. Excuse duplicates. No sympathy please - I was foolish. Fortunately, I had an arm bandage to sop up the blood. It looks worse than it is.
