Today: Up and Running Again

 


 I decided two days ago to update my Opera Web Browser.  Oh dear.  I lost everything.  The gods of the internet decided that Microsoft Edge would be my browser.


I'd thought to use the services of the Geek Squad.  Then as I needed a full day of work, I reset all my important  sites to Edge.

Financial sites; Facebook; More Prattle from Povey; Google Calendar; &c &c &c

Twarn't easy.  If you lived near me you'd have heard a host of loud bad language such as "Oh dearie me", or "I'll be jiggered"!

Resetting passwords; getting confirmation codes on my mobile 'phone.  Messing up and succeeding.   Sheer tedium.  Such success! Ho Ho Ho.

And this is good.  I am now walking every day. 'Tis good for my physical health.  

'Tis even better for my soul.  I walk where dearest Zion walked, so that I can rejoice; as I remember the love which he so freely gave.  

What a gift he was to me and to so many!  Laus Deo.

Not the best of days HELP! A mistake and a fall.

  I arrived in time for my 8:50 appointment with my Dermatologist.   The Receptionist told me that I did not have an appointment.  She checked the records and told me that my appointment is for Tuesday. I knew that.  Then the light dawned.  Up until that moment I had thought that it was Tuesday, not Monday. You'd think that calendars had not been invented! It got worse. I took Cooper for an early pee walk this afternoon.  He lifted his leg to cue. Then he took a strong and mad dash towards a Squirrel.  I fell down.  And great was my fall. Lots of scrapes.  No bones broken. Pictures not in order. Excuse duplicates. No sympathy please - I was foolish. Fortunately, I had an arm bandage to sop up the blood. It looks worse than it is.
