She/he is as useless as....?



Here's a good new way of describing a useless person.

It arises on the case of  Nadine Dorries, a U.K. Member of Parliament who announced that she would resign from Parliament but has not done so.

In the meantime she has not been seen in the House of Commons for months; nor is she paying  any attention to the needs of her constituents.  Yet continues to draw her Parliamentary salary.

One constituent put it this way. "She is as useless as a Chocolate Tea Pot." 

Americans could substitute Coffee Pot for Tea Pot.

Not the best of days HELP! A mistake and a fall.

  I arrived in time for my 8:50 appointment with my Dermatologist.   The Receptionist told me that I did not have an appointment.  She checked the records and told me that my appointment is for Tuesday. I knew that.  Then the light dawned.  Up until that moment I had thought that it was Tuesday, not Monday. You'd think that calendars had not been invented! It got worse. I took Cooper for an early pee walk this afternoon.  He lifted his leg to cue. Then he took a strong and mad dash towards a Squirrel.  I fell down.  And great was my fall. Lots of scrapes.  No bones broken. Pictures not in order. Excuse duplicates. No sympathy please - I was foolish. Fortunately, I had an arm bandage to sop up the blood. It looks worse than it is.
