My Future Beckons
The "Sunday Roast" at Chez Povey in Bristol, U.K. would often feature Beef, or Pork, or Leg of Lamb.
When times were tough we might have the cheaper Shoulder of Lamb.
I recently had a yen for Lamb Shoulder. I bought one via the www.
There is toasted Lamb with potatoes, garden peas and mint sauce in my immediate future.
Then the left overs will be utilized for Lamb and Barley Soup; or for Shepherd's Pie.
