Deliciously Peppery

 Many read my blog about the Alpine Blossom soft cheese from Austria. Made from Cows' Raw Milk, with wildflowers.

Imagine that - eating dried wild flowers!


But why not.


I grew Nasturtiums when I lived in western Massachusetts.  The blossoms are wonderfully edible -  with a peppery after taste.

In this part of Florida it's too darn hot to grow many familiar annuals from temperate zones.

 So I cannot have a snacking garden!'
