Creative Cooking (NOT CUISINE!)
Cannellini Beans and Potatoes cooked to softness and then mashed. (Psst. I use canned and sliced spuds).
Broiled in the oven with cut bacon slices on top. Although the spuds are a bit toasty they are still moist.
Served with pork medallions and home made apple sauce.
