My Stellar Great Niece and Sunday Lunch in the U.K. (SO GOOD!)
Most of my family members in England are traditionalists when it comes to Sunday Lunch; most often referred to as the "Sunday Roast".
Be it Chicken, Lamb, Pork or Beef it is always accompanied by roasted potatoes (occasionally "jacket potatoes" - i.e. spuds baked in their skin, or jacket); two or three different vegetables, and Yorkshire Pudding with Beef.
The tradition will live on. Hail a Sunday Roast cooked by my fifteen years old honorary great niece - her first solo attempt.
I am so very proud of her.
